All potential applicants should carefully review the information here to help ensure a productive and efficient process. If, after reviewing our website, questions remain about the mechanics of the process or the eligibility guidelines, please contact us.

The first step in our application process is a Letter of Interest. Letters of Interest are accepted at any time throughout the year. Only a small portion of the Letters of Interest we receive will advance to the next phase in our process. If a letter is accepted and an organization is invited to submit a full application, we will work with the organization to arrange a site visit, establish a proposal deadline, and answer questions specific to that request.

Electronic submission of all application materials is encouraged, though hard copies are accepted as well.
