Follow-up Reports

All Community Grants of more than $2,500 require a follow-up report. While we are very interested to know the results of the grant, we prefer that reporting not take undue time away from mission-related activities.  Please submit reports according to the guidelines below:

  • Reports are due one year after receiving the award;
  • Submit via email (hardcopies discouraged);
  • Limit the report to no more than 400 words;
  • In the report, please combine qualitative analysis/observation with quantitative supporting data.
